The house is located in a quiet village in the North of Alsace, close to the beautiful city of Saverne, 15 minutes from " La Route des Vins" (The Alsace Wine Road) and 35 minutes from Strasbourg. 

You will have access in the courtyard to a small terrace  where you can relax during the beautiful days.

On the first floor, we have six rooms - five with a double bed (140-160 x 190-200 cms) and one with two single beds (90 x 190 cms) - allowing us to welcome 12 people. Every room has a bathroom and privative TOILETS. The access to the rooms are made through an independent entrance.
 

On the second floor, you have access to a large dining room that can accommodate 12 people, a football table, a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, Siemens steam oven, multifunctional oven...) and a living room with a library. This space of 100m2 is to be shared with the other guest or can be privatized.
The second floor also includes a very nice apartment The Apart' *** of 40 m2 that can accommodate up to 3 people and is fully independent.

We live on the ground floor and will help you throughout your stay if necessary. All of these units are fully independent.

In the basement, we serve breakfast in a rustic dining room (only when you book as " Bed&Breakfast").

For the comfort of all, rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
